This is Pete’s Story

Pete is also the owner and creator of www.mypropertyinfo.ca which is the most advanced home evaluation tool available and designed specifically to allow for 100% transparency with his clients when it comes to sales & market data specific to their home or purchase.  We extract 50 variables of data, including the photos of sold homes and import it into our tool so that you can see first hand what we see and make better decisions about how and when to position your home in the market.  Understanding the trends for your specific type & style of home as well as the competition is critical to making sure you sell quickly and for the right price.  It also confirms the that you are making the right offer on a home and that you don’t unnecessarily overpay.

With a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Double Major Sociology/Law & Society) from the University of Calgary (2001), Pete has held various positions in the public sector (social services), Royal Canadian Air Force as well as the private sector, mainly as a recruiter within the Western Canadian engineering industry and retail banking.

Partnered with Lisa Chapman, Pete co-founded www.lbdesign.ca and earned first-hand knowledge about interior design, renovation and construction processes.  With a long list of connections, Pete is able to direct you to the best people to get the job done right the first time… zero drama and affordable.

Pete is the proud father of two amazing kids and is active on the board of directors for their school as well as a volunteer for the million or so programs they’re involved in.  Donating time to various organizations throughout Calgary, Pete is continuously engaged in making Calgary a better place for all residents.
